Moving to Florida’s First Coast from Minnesota was one of the my best decisions in life. I came from the frozen north to pristine beaches, fabulous weather, Florida’s best schools and the kindest people in the world. In Minnesota, I enjoyed many years as a theatrical producer and director. It was a career that demanded strong organization and planning, attention to detail, focus, and the ability to get the best from people.  When my three boys became three wonderful young men, I decided to apply these skills to a new career in real estate.
