In the 1920’s, when railroad magnate Henry Flagler started attracting tourists to his Florida hotels, he made sure they spent plenty of time at Vilano Beach.  Since then, the community has lost none of its charm or sense of fun.  Vilano is all about hot sun, azure waters, and plenty of perfect beachfront living.  Because it is just coming into its own, “downtown” Vilano is extraordinarily well-planned and visually pleasing.  Vilano has a great fishing pier that is open to the public.  There are also great restaurants in Vilano.  I always enjoy sitting outside at Cap’s on the Water they have great food and sunsets that you won’t ever forget. If you’re looking for a beachfront condo or single family home on the beach, in a price range that will please and surprise you, your search must include Vilano Beach.
