The World Golf Village is a great golf resort that is located in St. Johns County.  It is situated between St. Augustine and Jacksonville. It was established in 1998 and is the home of two great gold courses. The King and the Bear and the Slammer and Squire are both 18 hole courses.  This unique golf community was designed by Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Bobby Weed.  There is a resort plus there are residential and commercial areas.  The homes and neighborhoods are tucked away with lots of trees and acres of beautiful nature preserves.  The World Golf Village also offers tennis, shopping, swimming pool, The World Golf Hall of Fame Museum and an IMAX 3D movie theater.  There are plenty of restaurants to choose from including the famed Murray Brothers Caddy shack Restaurant.  There is a convenient Publix grocery store located at the entrance of The World Golf so you will not need to travel far to shop.  At the World Golf Village you can find single family homes, condominiums, patio homes, and there is an active adult community.   The World Golf Village has something for everyone and is a great place to call home!
